Common Questions

How do I reserve a time?

Click one of the buttons above to schedule a private session on the date of your choice. You can choose an open time on the photographer’s schedule.

How the sessions are organized

Each dedicated session is 15 minutes of time with the photographer, he’ll be ready to take your photos. 

How many people can I have?

You can bring as many of your family as you wish.

Can I choose the poses and family members in each photo?

Yes! you get to choose a casual or formal style (or a mix if you wish), and which combinations of family members to include in each of the poses.

What you will receive from the photographer

The photographer will professionally edit the best images from your session and will provide high-resolution digital files you can print and post to social media. Images will be ready one week from the date of your session.

Will you offer additional dates for family photoshoots?

If you cannot make it for this date, please email to let us know and we’ll keep you informed.

What happens if I miss the appointment time?

If you’re running late, you can check with the photographer for an open time that day or he will have an alternate date to re-schedule your session at no additional fee.

Can I change my appointment time?

What happens if it rains?

We'll have an alternative date to re-schedule sessions at no additional fee.

Can I cancel my appointment?

Unfortunately, a time is reserved just for you on the photographer’s schedule, so the appointment fee is non-refundable.
